Ann Tweedle

Services for Ann Bashaw Tweedle, 68, of Salado will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, October 29, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Salado with Dr. Scott Mescher officiating. Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery in Belton.

Mrs. Tweedle passed away Thursday, October 25 at an Austin hospital.

Ann was born on September 25, 1944 in Columbus, Texas to Walter Jesse and Mary Burris Bashaw. Ann owned several local businesses and was a former member of the ABWA for over 10 years. She married Verlon Tweedle on February 3, 2001 in Salado. Ann was an active member of First Baptist Church in Salado since 1972.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Ruby Bashaw.

Survivors include her husband Verlon Marshall Tweedle of Salado two sons, Matthew Layne McQueen of Mt. Juliet, TN and Joel Dan McQueen of Midlothian, TX one daughter, Holly Ann Puckett of Salado one brother, Jon Gerald Bruton of Yoakum, TX 22 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors on Sunday, October 28 from 6:008:00 p.m. at Heartfield Funeral Home.
