Belle Garrett

Visitation service for Belle Garrett, 76, of Belton will be on Wednesday, December 18 from 57 pm at Heartfield Funeral Home. The graveside services will be on Thursday, December 19 at 10 am at the North Belton Cemetery with Pastor John Roark officiating.

Ms. Belle Garrett passed away on Monday, December 16, at a local hospital.

Belle was born on February 13, 1937 to the late Allen and Mabel Bird in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. She has made her home in Belton for the last fourteen years. Belle was a member of Keys Valley Baptist Church. She was a teacher of eighth grade Art in Ohio and also taught Computer in California. Belle was a collector of Bibles and had a wonderful collection of Porcelain Dolls.

Survivors include a daughter Mabel Allen Pearson of Belton.

Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton is in charge of arrangements.
