Billy Adams

Graveside services for Billy Wayne Adams, 79, of Belton will be held at 10:00 am Friday, June 26 at McDowell Cemetery in Belton. Pastor Arthur Washburn will be officiating.
He passed away Tuesday at a local hospital.
He was born on January 25, 1936 in Belton to the late Milburn and Kate (Knight) Adams. He was a lifelong resident of Belton and he was a member of the Pentecostal Church of Jesus Christ. Billy worked as a truck driver for R.T. Schneider, Shallow Ford Construction and Belton Sand and Gravel.
He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Dorothy Green and Mary McNeil and a niece, Ellen Fontana.
Survivors include 3 nieces; 4 nephews; 19 great-nieces and nephews and many great-great nieces and nephews.
The family will receive visitors from 6:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, June 25 at the Harper Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Belton.
