Bobbie Handel

Bobbie Ruth (Reed) Handel, age 85 of Belton, passed from this life Saturday, February 22, 2020.  A graveside service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, February 25 at North Belton Cemetery.

Bobbie was born September 10, 1934 to J.A. "Pete" and Zelma "Shug" (Glazner) Reed in Holland, Texas.  She was a member of Miller Heights Baptist Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of VFW Post 4008 in Belton.  She was a caring mother, grandmother and friend.  She will be greatly missed.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Theodore (Ernie) Handel; and her son, Fred Allen Rush.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her son, James Rush and wife, Teresa; son, Ronnie Rush; son, Bobby Dale Rush and wife, Cindy; son, David Rush; daughter, Kathy Hall and husband, Travis Jr.; brother, Kenneth Reed; brother, Don Reed and wife, Sami; sister, Billie Ross and husband, Ace; and sister, Dianne Roberts and husband, Mike.
