Bradley Clyde Phair, Jr. was born April 14, 1933 in Houston, Texas to the late Bradley Clyde and Annette (Gillespie) Phair. He passed away on October 3, 2017 at his home with his loving family by his side.
Mr. Phair attended the University of Texas where he was a member of Beta Theta Pi and earned an undergraduate and Bachelor's Degree in Law in 1958. He practiced law in Carrizo Springs with the firm of Petry, Claybrook, and Phair. He later worked in real estate for Nash Phillips Copus in Austin until moving to Salado to partner with Jim Thorn at Mill Creek Realty until retirement. Mr. Phair was a member of the Lion's Club in South Texas and Salado. He also served on the Salado Water Board for many years before leaving to enjoy retirement. He was a member of First United Methodist Church in Belton.
During his retirement he enjoyed fishing at the Texas Coast and hunting with his boys, Brad, Randy and Joe. He will be remembered for the hard working and loving family man that he always was and his boys will cherish their memories with the best DAD they could ask for.
He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Andy Phair; three sons, Bradley Clyde Phair III and wife Debbie of Bryan, John Randall Phair of San Angelo and Joseph Carter Phair of San Antonio; his brother, George Allan Phair; his sister, Phyllis Phair Walton; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 4:30 pm on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Belton with Pastor Andy Davis officiating.
