Charles Biggs

Charles "Chuck" William Biggs, 78, of Belton Passed away on Thursday, August 24, 2017 at a local care facility.

Mr. Biggs was born on February 20, 1939 in Springfield, TN to John Henry Biggs and Tiny Fry Biggs.

Mr. Biggs honorably served in the United States Army. He worked in construction. Chuck was also an auctioneer. Chuck married the love of his life, Elaine Smith on September 14, 1963.

Mr. Biggs is preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.

Chuck is survived by his beloved wife of almost 54 years, Elaine Biggs; sons, John Johns, Charles Biggs; brother, Billy Joe Biggs; sisters, Elizabeth Smith, and Tinnie Mendenhall. As well as 2 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

A time of visitation will be held Monday August 28 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton, 503 N. Main Street, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Private Family services will be held at Resthaven Cemetery.
