Charlie Berry

Services for Charlie A. Berry, 96, of Salado will be held at 2:00 P.M. , Monday, October 8, 2012 at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton. Burial will follow at Salado Cemetery.

Mr. Berry passed away October 2, 2012 at a Bartlett care center.

Charlie was born on October 11, 1915 in Salado to the late Walter E. and Annie Mae Anderson Berry. He lived his entire life in the Salado area. Charlie was in a CC Camp in Bartlett and retired from Civil Service. Charlie was a rancher for over 20 years and a member of Cedar Knob Baptist Chruch.

He was preceded in death by his parents two sisters, Mary Anne Berry and Minnie Lee Hill and two brothers, William E. and Jim Berry.

Survivors include one brother and a sisterinlaw, Tom and Mary Berry of Salado and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive visitors from 4:006:00P.M. on Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Heartfield Funeral Home.
