Curtis Conkleton

Services for Curtis George Pete Conkleton, 67, of Belton will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel in Belton. Rev. Issac Wilson will be officiating.
Mr. Conkleton passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at a local nursing home.
Curtis was born on June 11, 1947 in Belton, Texas to George Conkleton and Anna Marie Perkins. He lived his whole life in Belton. On June 5, 1975 he married Sarah Steward in Lampasas, she preceded him in death on August 18, 2008. Pete was a forklift operator and a Christian.
He is survived by 3 daughters, Carole Conkleton of Dallas, Delores Conkleton Gates of Dallas and Mandy Forest of Grand Prairie a brother, Larry Conkleton of Belton 2 sisters, Joan Daniels of Belton and Paulon Eton Britt of Dallas and 3 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Park South YMCA of Dallas, 2500 Romine Ave., Dallas, Tx 75215.
No visitation is scheduled.
