Debbie Beaty

Services for Debbie Ann Beaty, 53, of Belton will be held at 9:00 am on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton. Burial will follow at 11:00am at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen.
Debbie was surrounded by her loving family when she passed away on Friday, June 8, 2018 at a local hospital.
Debbie was born January 21, 1965 in Wurzburg, Germany to Vernon Lee and Ingeborg Helen (Karl) Allen. She graduated from high school in Waynesville, Missouri. She received a bachelor's degree from Park College and a master's degree from University of Mary Hardin Baylor. Debbie married Montie Beaty on January 23, 1993 in Waynesville, Mo and in 2000 they made their home in Belton. Debbie worked as an associate registrar at UMHB for over 15 years.
Debbie enjoyed shopping with her daughter, reading, traveling and watching movies. She also enjoyed all outdoor activities, especially fishing and gardening. Above all Debbie loved to spend time with her family. She will be remembered as a loving wife, devoted mother, beloved grandmother, cherished daughter and sister. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Allen.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Montie Beaty; daughter, Jessica Bridge; step-daughter, Jessica Beaty; her mother, Inge Allen; a brother, Dennis Allen; 2 grandchildren, Cailin and Logan. She is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Association or ASPCA.
The family will receive visitors from 5-7pm on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the funeral home.
