Dois Klinger

Dois Pauline Klinger, 88, of Temple was surrounded by her loving family when she passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2017. Dois was born in the Three Forks community on November 8, 1928 the daughter of Mary Jane (Henderson) & Joseph Knight.
Dois was a kind and loving person always putting others first. She was a caregiver for over 50 years and worked at Wilsonart for 15 years. She was the caring and loving wife of George L. Klinger for 59 years. Dois loved music, playing Bingo and taking road trips with her family. She was a wonderful homemaker and cook. She enjoyed cooking a large Sunday supper for her family, pot roast and meatloaf were her specialties. Dois lived most of her life in the Temple/Belton area and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Little River.
Dois was preceded in death by her husband, George L. Klinger and a great-grandson, Michael G. Lovelady.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Marilyn Alexander and husband Roger of Temple, Marsha Tomastik and husband Greg of Little River and Darrel Klinger of Troy. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Matthew Glover, Jeff Glover, Randy Glover, Robbie Alexander, Joshua Alexander, Amanda Klinger, Josh Klinger, Kaleb Klinger, Jennifer Tomastik, Jill Tomastik and Jeremy Tomastik; and great-grandchildren Coby, Lexie, Lucas and Brody Glover, Jeremiah and Katalina Aguilar, Montic and Monntae Hodges, Kylie Klinger, Lauren Huerta, TJ and Ryleigh Short, Analeigh, Branson and Jarrett Tomastik.
Funeral services for Dois will be held at 10 am on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Chapel in Belton, burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 pm on Friday, April 7, 2017 in the chapel.
