Elizabeth Alcocer

Elizabeth Ann Alcocer was born in Temple, Texas on July 1, 1974 to Gary W. and Sharon E. (West) Hobday. She was surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, October 30, 2016 when she passed into the arms of Jesus.
Elizabeth was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Her greatest love in life was her family and she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She graduated from Warren County High School in McMinnville, TN and attended Temple College and UMHB. She worked as a branch manager at Texell Credit Union and as a business manager at local nursing homes. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, needlepoint and watching Medieval Romance movies.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Gage Alcocer, Bryson Alcocer and Kenya Wanshon and husband Devin; her grandchildren, Aiden, Ares, Aeryn and Ahri Wanshon. She is also survived by her loving ex-husband and constant friend, Adam Alcocer; her brothers, Jeffery Hobday, Deven Hobday, John Hall, Jack Hall and Jaye Hall and many loving aunts, uncles and family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Harper Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Belton with Fred Newbury officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Belton. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 pm on Friday, November 4, 2016 at the funeral home.
