Services for Elmer James Pepple, 84, of Belton will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, June 17 at Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Robert Hendrick will be officiating.
Mr. Pepple passed away June 12, 2014 at his home.
Elmer was born on April 23, 1930 in Fessenden, ND to Edward and Lydia Martin Pepple. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Elmer was a truck driver for most of the life. Mr. Pepple was a member of the 1st United Pentecostal Church in Harker Heights. He had lived in Central Texas for 29 years.
Survivors include his wife, Donna Gillig Pepple, of Belton 2 daughters, Dorothy Renee Albright and Lynn Ann Burt and husband William and 2 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Leslie Wayne Pepple in 1985.
The family will receive visitors from 7:008:00 PM on Monday, June 16 at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be mad to the American Cancer Society or 1st Church of Harker Heights.
