Emma Lee Clawson passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026, in Round Rock, Texas. She was 100 years old. 

Emma is preceded in death by her parents, Rush and Winnie Bounds (Gallagher); husbands, William L Boyd Sr., Tommie L Crow, and Charles Clawson; son William L Boyd Jr.; daughter, Barbara Davis; sister, Ruby Kennedy; and brothers, Bennie and R.D. Bounds.

She is survived by her family, sons, Steven Boyd and wife Diana of Round Rock, Texas, Tommie L and Aloma Crow of Carlsbad, New Mexico; grandson, Eugene and Noami Boyd of Shreveport, Louisiana; great-grandson, Ethan, son-in-law, Jim Davis of Carlsbad, New Mexico; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Emma had a great love for music, shopping, and lived life to its fullest. She leaves behind great memories, loving thoughts, and she will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. 

Emma's family invites friends and family to join them for a visitation on Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 9:30AM to 10:00AM, at Harper Talasek Funeral Home in Belton, Texas. A funeral service will follow the visitation, beginning at 10:00AM. Emma will be laid to rest at Rest Haven Cemetery in Belton, Texas.
