Graveside services for Ethel Mae Woljevach, 97, of Belton will be at 2:00 PM Thursday January 16, at Bellwood Memorial Park.
Ethel was born on May 7, 1916 in Franklin, Texas to the late Luther and Beulah Franks Byrd. She was a veteran of WWII as a Pharmacist Mate First Class. She married John Woljevach on August 12, 1943 and he preceded her in death on January 17, 1996.
She died on Sunday evening, January 12, at her residence.
Ethel was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one son, James Allen Woljevach and four brothers Ernest Byrd, Luther Byrd, Roy Byrd, and William Ray Byrd.
She is survived by one daughter, JoAnn Minosky and husband Frank of Belton three sons Ron Woljevach and wife Phyllis of Temple, John Woljevach of Temple, and Billy Woljevach of Cullman, Alabama one brother, Jimmy Byrd and wife Irene of Spring, Texas five grandchildren and seventeen greatgrandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 8 PM Wednesday, January 15 at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton.
