Graveside services for Eva B. Coppin, 96, of Belton will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 21, 2015 at North Belton Cemetery. Pastor Jack Riley will be officiating.
Mrs. Coppin passed away Thursday, September 17, 2015 at a local nursing facility.
Eva was born on May 25, 1919 in Temple to the late Monroe and Iona (Farley) Younts. She attended Temple schools and was a lifelong resident of the Temple/Belton area. Eva married Wesley Coppin in 1938 in Lampasas. She and her husband owned and operated "Hamburger King" in downtown Belton for over 50 years. She was a lifelong member of the Bell County Sportsman Club. Eva was a member of First United Methodist Church of Belton. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Kirk and husband Bob of Belton; and many nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation.
