Services for Grady E. Peavy, 53, of Temple are scheduled for 11:00 Wednesday at Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joe Washburn officiating.
Grady was born on February 25, 1959 in Florida to Joe and Rosa Barnard Peavy. He was a truck driver. He was a big jokester and loved being around those he loved.
He was preceded in death by his stepson, Robert Lane Mensch, Jr. and a brother, Joe E. Peavy, Jr.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Pike Peavy of Temple daughter, Patricia Louise Mensch Vansa of Buford, SC his parents, Joe E. and Rosa Peavy of Killeen three sisters, Donna Franco, Laura Peavy, Roseanne Brewer two grandchildren, Braydon and Peyton Vansa.
The family will receive friends from 6 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
