Gwainne LaNelle Ketchum Pageler Peterson

Gwainne LaNelle Ketchum Pageler Peterson, age 88 of Wolfe City, Texas, passed from this life Tuesday, July 30, 2024, in Rockwall, Texas. Services will be held Saturday, August 3 at Harper-Talasek funeral home in Belton with a visitation starting at 10:30 am and funeral immediately following at 11 am. Burial will follow in Holland Cemetery.

Gwainne was born on December 18, 1935, to Chester Claude and Thelma Allan Ketchum in Rogers, Texas. She attended Temple College and worked for the State of Texas Youth Commission.

Gwainne is preceded by her parents, Chester and Thelma; husband, Wayne Pageler; brother, Richard Ketchum; son, Michael Paul Pageler; and grandson, Samuel Brian Cowan.

Survivors include her sons, Ronald Pageler of Wolfe City, Texas, and Patrick Curtis Pageler of Killeen, Texas; daughter, Judith Pageler Cowan of Temple, Texas; 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Samaritan’s Purse.
