J. Gauntt

Graveside services for J.C. Chris Gauntt, 64, of Temple are scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Greathouse Cemetery.

Chris was born on November 11, 1947 at Temple to the late Vincent A. and Dorothy Fenwick Gauntt.

He entered the United States Navy on November 19, 1964 at the age of 17 and served until November 18, 1970.

He passed away Saturday night at his home in Temple.

He loved the outdoors and the mountains of New Mexico.

Survivors include his sister, Sandra Wilson of Temple and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friend from 6 8 pm Monday the Funeral Home.
