Jacon Apana

Jacob Jackson Apana was delivered into the arms of Jesus at 2:06 pm on January 10, 2013 at Scott and White Hospital, Temple, Texas. Jacob is the cherished son of Walter and Rachel Apana Merrell and beloved brother of AJ, Micah and Henry Apana.

He was greeted in Heaven by his Great Grandparents. He is mourned on Earth by his Grandparents, Jimmy and Terrie Merrell of Belton, Grandmother, Tina Sweet of Temple and Grandparents, Dennis and Marsha Apana of Belton, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.

A graveside service will be officiated by Dr. Leroy Kemp at McDowell Cemetery, Belton, Texas on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 3 pm. Funeral preparations made by Heartfield Funeral Home of Belton.

Our precious JJ never opened his eyes to gaze upon us and to receive all the love we have for him, but blessed to open his eyes and for his first sight to be of Jesus our Lord. What a precious joy that we hold in our hearts knowing that our child is with the Lord. We long for the day that we all meet in Heaven and what a day of rejoicing that will be.
