Joe Weir

Graveside services for Joe Marvin Weir, 83, of Belton will be at 11:00 AM Monday at North Belton Cemetery with Rev. Arthur Washburn officiating.
He died February 14,2014 at a local care center.
He was born on October 23,1930 to the late Josh and Wilma McDowell Weir in Belton. He married Patsy Clay on March 25,1950 and she preceded him in death on March 6,2006. Mr. Weir worked for Oak Farm Dairies for 30 years retiring as a manager. He was a member of Miller Heights Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son, Marvin Weir of Belton two daughters, Diana Jo Williams of Robinson, Carol Weir of Belton sister, Sue Grumbles three grandchildren six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 46 Sunday afternoon at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton.
