Services for John “Big Foot” Aguallo will be 2 pm Friday, February 14, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in Temple.
John Aguallo was born on September 16, 1952 in Bloomington, Texas to Juan and Inez Aguallo. He was united in holy matrimony to Sharon Hill on February 5, 1983. He was a truck driver, mechanic, fisherman, hunter, car racer, musician, singer but most of all he was a “soldier in the army of the Lord”. He was known by everyone to be a man of integrity with a heartwarming soul that touched many lives. He was received in the loving arms of Jesus on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at his home.
John was preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Inez Aguallo; his brother, Arthur Aguallo; and his grandson, Warren Aguallo.
John is survived by his wife Sharon Aguallo; eight children, Priscilla Aguallo, John Aguallo, Seraphia Aguallo Gravelle, Stephen Aguallo, Isaiah Aguallo, Joshua Aguallo, Rebekah Aguallo and Raquel Aguallo; 14 grandchildren, Juan, Trèmone, Justice; Delene, Heaven, Graceson; Myah, Aven; Kylynn, Alexa, Kisten, Caleb, Mya and Cataléa; 6 great-grandchildren, Harmony, Gabriella, Landon; Jayce, David and Isaiah; and 4 sisters, Patricia Leija, Rosie Aviles, Rosanna Barnett and Melissa Rubio.
Visitation will be from 6 – 8 pm Thursday, February 13, at the funeral home.
