Judy Bliss

Judy Elaine Bliss, 74, of Salado, passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at a local hospital. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Judy was born August 4, 1944 to Moses Kuhn and Dolla Burckett in Logansport, Indiana. In the early 1980's, as one of his employees, Judy repeatedly asked for a ride on the back of a motorcycle belonging to Charles Allen Bliss. It must have been the ride of a lifetime, as they were married shortly after and have been inseparable ever since. Judy was a loving and involved mother and grandmother. She delighted in teaching her children and grandchildren how to cook and loved taking them shopping. She greatly enjoyed reading mysteries and she loved yellow roses.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Duaine McKee; and sister, Sheila Kuhn.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her husband, Charles; sons, Charles Wildermuth, Moses Wildermuth and wife, Holly; daughter, Anna Hunt; sisters, Cathy Minnear and Dixie Curry; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
