Mr. Kolls Passed from this life on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at a local hospital while surrounded by loving family.
Julius was born in Salado on November 18, 1923 to Julius and Elsie Kolls. Julius spent all of his life living in the central Texas area.
Mr. Kolls was strong Christian and selfless man who was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. No matter if he was helping family, friends, or strangers he never expected anything in return. Julius was a people person, it was an understatement to say that Julius had never met a stranger. Julius was a wonderful father, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather, and great-great-grandfather. For Julius, there was no happier place on earth than at the family farm surrounded by friends and family. Growing up on the farm he had many fond memories there, from swimming in the swimming holes as a young boy to teaching his family to hunt and fish. It was truly a source of joy in his life. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Julius is preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife of over seventy years, Marie Kolls; and a sister, Virginia Kolls Finney.
Those Left to honor and cherish his memory are his son, Maxie Kolls; grandchildren, Clinton Kolls, Tammy Kolls Delarosa, Clayton Kolls; great-grandchildren, Adam Kolls, Candace Kolls Stephens, Christopher Kolls, Dakota Ochoa, Joshua Delarosa, Marisa Delarosa; as wells as eight great-great-grandchildren.
