Keith was born on May 6, 1956 in Titusville, PA to Samuel and Audrey (McIver) Acel.
He was preceded in death by one brother, David Acel.
Survivors include his parents, Samuel and Audrey Acel; and a brother, Ken Acel, all of Pennsylvania.
Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton is in charge of arrangements.
