Mr. Copeland passed from this life on March 10, 2018 at a local nursing facility. Ken was born at home in Bell County on November 25, 1936 to L.S. and Ethel Copeland.
Kenneth lived most of his life in the Central Texas area. He graduated from Belton High School in 1956. He served in the Air Force for many years. After his time in the Air Force he went into civil service of which he gave 35 years until his retirement. Kenneth was a long-time member at 3C Cowboy Fellowship in Salado. He loved to work and always had to stay busy. In his free time, he loved to go fishing and hunting with family and friends alike. He also enjoyed taking road trips with the family. Above all he was a good and kind man who never met a stranger. He was always willing to lend a helping hand when he was able. For Kenneth there was no greater treasure in life than his family.
Mr. Copeland was preceded in death by his parents.
Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Faye Copeland; son, Donald Copeland; daughter, Treava Roof; brother, JW Copeland; sister, Karen White; one granddaughter and two great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to 3C Cowboy Fellowship and Heritage Country Church.
