Services for Larry James Williams, 74, of Belton will be at 10:00 am on Wednesday, July 30 at the Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Sam Callaway officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Belton.
Mr. Williams passed away on Friday, July 25 at a local hospital.
Larry was born on March 4, 1940 in Webster Springs, West Virginia to Louis and Tessie Cowger Williams. He moved from Fairmont, WV to Belton in 1979. Larry worked as a truck driver and was a member of the Anchor of Hope Church. Larry loved to spend time with his family and enjoyed playing Bingo.
He was preceded in death by his parents a son Larry Gail Williams in 1972 and one sister, Barbara Williams in October 2013.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Bancroft Williams of Belton six daughters, Carol Thomas, Lisa Suitor and husband Gene, Goldie Kaiser and husband Rick, Angie Garcia and husband Erik, Lisa Schoolcraft and husband Rodney, and April Stino and husband Karim two brothers, Richard Williams of Thomas, WV and Gail Williams of Kempner 17 grandchildren and 7 greatgrandchildren.
The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, July 29 from 6:008:00 pm at Heartfield Funeral Home.
