"Maezinha" Aldair Fontes

Funeral services for Ms. Aldair Schubert Fontes, 79, of Belton will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton.  Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton.

She passed away on Friday, September 20, 2019 at her home in Belton.

She was born July 1, 1940 in Cachoeiro de Itapermirim, E.S. Brazil to Christiano Schubert Netto and Maria Oscarina Lima Schubert.  She loved to travel with her daughter to Brazil, eating out with her family, to paint and making dolls, sewing shirts, dresses, and baby blankets.  She cooked amazing foods.  She also loved sunflowers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Francisco Fontes passed December 24, 2001; sister, Adeir Schubert Alves; and brother, Altair Schubert.

She is survived by her three sons, Fernando Fontes, Francisco Fontes, and Fabio Fontes; daughter, Flavia Souza; two brothers, Ademir Schubert and Altamir Schubert; four sisters, Aldacir Schubert Santana, Mara Christiane Schubert, Christiane Schubert, and Lorena Schubert; twelve grandchildren; four great grandchildren, Isaiah, Isaac, Immanuel, and Isabella; as well as many other family and friends.
