Services for Margie Faye Smith, 62, of Belton will be held at 11:00 am Monday, March 4, 2013 at Heartfield Funeral Home. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery. Pastor Dave Jefferies will be officiating.
Mrs. Smith passed away Thursday, February 28, 2013 at a local hospital.
Margie was born in Burnet County on July 11, 1950 to W.C. and Dollie Novella Jackson Cehand. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband her parents 2 sisters, Patty Cehand and Glenda Moffat and 1 brother, Raymond Cehand.
Survivors include one son, Dewayne Smith of Gatesville one daughter, Tammy Hayes of Temple 4 brothers, Paul Cehand, Joe Cehand, Wayne Cehand and Marvin Cehand, all of Belton one sister, Dottie Collins of Cleburne, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
The family will receive visitors Sunday, March 3, 2013 from 6:008:00 pm at the funeral home.
