Mary Morales

Funeral services for Mary Delgado Morales, 65, of Temple will be held at 11 am on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Belton with Emilio Delgado officiating. Burial will follow at North Belton Cemetery.
She passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at her home.
She was born on September 10, 1951 in Littlefield to the late Francisco and Maria (Aguilar) Delgado. She attended school in Spur. Mary was a very hard worker, she started working in the cotton fields when she was a little girl and always held a job to help provide for her family. She used her many skills and held jobs at C & H Die Casting, Artco Bell, Custom Printing and most recently at Goodwill. She married Rosendo Morales on February 16, 2001 in Bell County. She attended church at The Point in Temple.
Mary was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She doted on her children and grandchildren and they considered her to be their "Wonder Woman". Mary enjoyed fishing, dancing and having a good time, but most of all she loved spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
Mary was preceded in death by her sister, Connie Burkett and a grandson, Isaac Rodriguez.
Survivors include her husband, Rosendo Morales; a son, Joshua Torres; daughter, Teresa Rodriguez; brother, Robert Delgado; 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive visitors from 6-8 pm on Friday, June 2nd at the funeral home.
