Mitchell Campbell

Funeral services for Mitchell E. Campbell, 95, of Belton will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, May 16, 2016 at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Belton. Pastor Jesse Ratliff will be officiating. Burial will be private.
Mr. Campbell passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at this home.
Mitchell was born January 10, 1921 in Summer Hill to the late Jim Frank & Dora Helen (Goodnight) Campbell. He was a crane operator in the steel industry until his retirement. Mitchell was a member of the Christian Tabernacle Church in Belton. He had lived in Belton since 1984.
Mitchell enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening and doing yard work. He will be missed by all who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nancy Campbell.
Survivors include 2 daughters, Judy Ann Ilton of Belton and Helen Louise Waguespack of Louisiana; 2 sisters, Edna Mae and Evelyn of Temple, 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
