Repsy Reed

Services for Repsy Louise Reed, 98, of Arlington formerly of Temple are scheduled for 10:00 am Thursday at Heartfield Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rick Reed and Rev. Sam Calloway officiating. Interment will follow at North Belton Cemetery.

Repsy Louise was born on March 31, 1915 at Salado to the late Lonnie and Marguerite Utley McQueen. She married Clyde Reed on June 29, 1935 at Belton. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Temple.

Her husband, Clyde Reed one son, Thomas Reed a daughter, Anita Tibbit a greatgreatgrandson, Tyson Clyde Reed as well three brothers, Rex, Glen, Billy Bob McQueen and four sisters, Ruth Nell McInnis, Rosa Lee Drand, Sadie Roberts, Magdeline Green all preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters Mary Lou Howard of Arlington, Linda Embrey of Los Alamos, NM a son, William C. Reed of Moody a brother, Charles McQueen of Davila eleven grandchildren fourteen greatgrandchildren and six greatgreatgrandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 46 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
