Robbie Housewright

Funeral services for Robbie Jo Housewright, 88, of Troy will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Belton. Rev. Jay Thomas will be officiating.
Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Nolanville.
Mrs. Housewright passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016 at her home.
Robbie Jo was born on November 28, 1927 in Killeen to the late Henry Arthur and Vera Vivian (Wills) Sprott. She graduated from Killeen High School. She worked for Bell County Tax Office Map Department until her retirement.
Robbie Jo was a social, active woman who was deeply involved in her family and church for the majority of her life. She enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and her grandchildren. Her family and friends will always remember her as a helpful and outgoing person.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Doris Renick, Sue Carlisle and Phoebe Sprott; her brother, Billy Sprott and 3 husbands, Bernice McBride, Tom Eddleman and D.R. Housewright.
Survivors include her deeply loved companion, Earl Baker of Belton; a daughter, LaRue Moore and Noel of Troy; grandchildren, Ronnie Schoepf and Staci of Belton, Jodie Gonzalez and Jerry of San Antonio, Marshall Adams of Salado, and Kristy Lowe and Terry of Camden, TN; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank Scott & White Hospice for their comfort and services.
The family will receive visitors from 6-8pm on Monday, June 27, 2016 at the Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Belton.
