Sara Anglin

July 21, 1956 — August 28, 2015

Sara Beth Morris Anglin, 59, of China Spring, TX passed from this life into the loving arms of her savior while surrounded by her loving family on Friday August 28, 2015. She was born in Texarkana, TX to Magene Canaday and Daniel Littleton Morris on July 21, 1956.

Sara graduated high school in 1974 from Douglas Macarthur High School in San Antonio, TX. She attended Southwest Texas State University. After college, Sara worked many years for Dillard's Department Store, and then went on to work 14 years for China Spring Independent School District, where she served as an administrative assistant. As part of the CSISD family, she touched countless lives and valued the relationships she developed over her many years.

On April 10, 1992, Sara gave birth to the light of her life, Danielle Leigh Anglin. Danielle and Sara's relationship was more than mother and daughter, but best friends. Family was the most important thing in Sara's life. She also had a great love for singing in many different choirs throughout her life, especially with her church choir at Columbus Avenue Baptist Church, where she was a member for 19 years. Sara had a tremendous passion for travel and experiencing new things, her favorite trips being the multiple times she went to London, England and Colorado. Additionally, Sara had a great fondness for her three pets.

Sara was a kind and gentle spirit, and will be loved and missed by those who will most remember her contagious smile and laughter. She was rarely seen without a grin on her face, and a kind word or hug to offer to anyone in need.

Sara was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents; and brother-in-law Ronnie Carson Ault.

Those who are left to honor and cherish the memory of Sara are her loving daughter, Danielle Anglin of China Spring, TX; Danielle's father, Milton Anglin of Waco, TX; Step-children Christie Harder and husband Rob of Kerrville, TX and Michael Anglin of Kerrville, TX; siblings, Jim Morris and wife Judy of Fort Worth, TX, Patty Burgess and husband Jack of Waco, TX, Dan Morris and wife Pat of Oklahoma City, OK, and sister Elaine Ault of Waco, TX. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
