Sarah Boney

A memorial service for Sarah Linder Boney, 71, of Belton will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Chapel in Belton. Rev. Jay Thomas will be officiating.
Mrs. Boney passed away Sunday, January 4 at a care center in Temple.
Sarah was born April 14, 1943 in Temple to Robert Earl and Doris Nell (Linder) Bigham. She graduated high school in France. Sarah worked for KTEM-KPLE Radio. She retired from the Bell County Clerk's Office.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert E. Bigham; her mother and step-father, Doris and Henry Paul; her husband J.C. Boney; a son, Sean Riley; a brother, Hank Paul and a sister, Margaret Bostick.
Survivors include a son, Shannon Riley and wife Deanise of Belton; a daughter, Laura Fowler and husband Clyde of Rogers; 2 brothers, John R. Bigham of Alvin and Robert E. Bigham of Tennessee; 2 grandchildren, Corey Rousell and husband Michael, and Paige Riley and 1 great-grandchild, Landon Rousell.
