Sarah Denise Roberts, 45, of Belton, TX went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 after a lengthy illness of Polycystic Kidney Disease.
She was born October 18, 1970 in Emporia, KS to Reverend Doyle Roberts and Patsy Humphrey Roberts. She accepted Jesus and her Lord and Savior at summer camp and shared her love for Jesus with everyone.
Sarah graduated from Tushka, OK High School and Vocational Technical School of Atoka, OK. Sarah was a caregiver for special needs adults, a beautician, taught preschool in Claremore, OK and worked in the call center for Texell Credit Union in Temple.
She was blessed with creative abilities. She baked and decorated cakes and cookies for her friends at Texell, she designed and made jewelry, and embroidered dish towels. The last few years Sarah has designed dog clothes, creating her own patterns and styles and she also took custom orders for any style of dog clothing. For Sarah, pink was the color for everything, clothes, glasses, dishes, etc. It was simply her color.
Sarah is Preceded in death by her father, Doyle Dean Roberts.
Sarah is survived by her mother and stepfather, Patsy and Dr. J.A. Reynolds of Belton; brothers, Terry Roberts and wife Shannon of Burlingame, KS, Harold Roberts and wife Kelly of Huntsville, AR; stepbrother, David Reynolds and wife Melanie of Plano, TX; stepsister, Donna Kennedy and husband Tom of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and beloved friends.

A time of visitation and fellowship will be held on Friday, September 9, 2016 from 6-8 PM at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home of Belton, 503 N. Main St. Belton, TX 76513, in the chapel.
Funeral Services will be held at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home of Belton on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 10 AM in the chapel. Internment at Resthaven Cemetery will follow.
