Stanley Marcotte

Services for Stanley Raye Marcotte, 68, of Temple will be held at a later date. He passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at a Temple hospital.
He was born July 29, 1949 in Saint Paul, Minnesota to the late Raymond Marcotte and Lacretia Hennager Marcotte. He graduated from high school in Ohio in 1967 and later attend University of Minnesota and Temple College. Mr. Marcotte served in the US Army from 1968-1971. He married LoAn Fischer on September 3, 1971 in Winthrop, MN. Mr. Marcotte was a supervisor and owner at Sonic Dirve-In's in Belton, Temple, Killeen, Harker Heights and Copperas Cove.
Survivors include his wife, LoAn Marcotte of Temple; 3 daughters, Alyssa Lash and husband Kerry of San Marcos, Michele Marcotte and husband Michael of Belton, and Bridget Marcotte of Round Rock; 3 sisters, Kathie Nielsen of White Bear, MN, Sharon Nesbit of North Pole, AK and Carol Jarvis of Temple; 5 grandchildren, Kasey Lash, Felicia, Chevie, Michael and Taylor.
Services have been entrusted to Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton.
