Valerie A. Jornlin

Valerie A. Jornlin, age 54 of Belton, passed from this life Thursday, May 16, 2024, at home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton.

Valerie was born on February 16, 1970, to James Walter and Mary Lou Crisman in Omaha, Nebraska. She worked at Target. Her favorite thing to do though was spending time with her family, especially her grandson who was her pride and joy. She will be missed by her family and all those who knew and loved her.

Valerie is preceded by her parents, James Walter and Mary Lou Crisman; and father-in-law, Robert Jornlin.

Survivors include her husband, Kirk Jornlin; daughters, Lori M. Jornlin, and Samantha B. Jornlin; brothers, Jim (Leticia) Crisman, and Tom (Gretta) Crisman; sisters, Ella (Tom) Fangman, Margie (John) Stone, JoAnna (Bryan) Knudsen, Carol Crisman, Theresa (John) Schenck, Mary (Ron) Hawkins, and Cathy (Jason) Frazier; grandson, Landon J. Jornlin; mother-in-law, Lois Jornlin; and sister-in-law, Kim (Anthony) Schau.

A time of visitation will be held from 5-7 pm Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at the funeral home.
