Funeral services for Wayne "Chuck" Cook, 48, of Temple will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton.
He passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at a local hospital. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 1-4pm at High Street Baptist Church in Hamilton, Ohio.
Chuck was born April 14, 1970 in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida to Wilburn Curtis and Charlene Gayle (Stewart) Cook Sr. In 1988 he graduated from Hamilton (Ohio) High School where he was active in drama club and band. He attended business school and earned an associate's degree. Chuck enjoyed a career in retail sales management. He worked at several different department and specialty stores including Elder-Beerman, H & M Clothing, and, his favorite, Sephora. Chuck was a professional makeup artist and loved to share his passion with others on his Blog "Wayne's Way". He also enjoyed photography, traveling and social media. He was the life of the party and loved to spend time with his family and friends. Chuck was a devoted son, loving brother and an entertaining and fun uncle. He will be dearly missed by all who loved him.
He was preceded in death by his father, Wilburn C. Cook, Sr. and a brother, William Craig Cook.
Survivors include his mother, Charlene Gayle Cook; brothers, Wilburn Curtis Cook, Jr. and Warren Christopher Cook. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews and many loving family members and friends and his beloved dog, Izzy.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the funeral home.
