William Guthrie

William Wayne Guthrie, 72 of Belton, TX passed away in his home with family by his side on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. He was employed by Wilsonart for 30 years & City of Belton for 17 years as a Maintenance Supervisor.
He was preceded in death by both mother and father, Raymond and Ivie Guthrie. As well as his wife of 33 years, Evoyne; son, Michael Sykes; 3 sisters, Vickie, Barbara, & Doris; 2 brothers, David & Ronald.
He is survived by his 3 children; son, Ricky Guthrie & wife Michelle; 2 daughters, Sharon Mangham & husband Joe, & Karen Guthrie. He was also a Grandfather of 4, Jerrod Guthrie & wife Kim, Amanda Boles & husband Zack, Dillon Mangham & Dalton Guthrie. Also 2 Great grand-daughters, Rylee Boles & Kaylee Guthrie. As well as 7 brothers & 1 sister; Alvin, Glen, Kenneth, Roy, Richard, Rodney, Dan, & Debbie.
Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Harper - Talasek Funeral Home in Belton at 503 N Main. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday, September 29, 2016.
