Lynn was born on August 1, 1959, to Griffen David and Betty (Cothren) Willis in Richmond, Texas. Lynn's greatest love was the Lord. Once she was no longer able to attend church in person, she stayed loyal in watching her sermons through John Hagee Ministries. Her main goal in life was making sure that her loved ones knew, loved, and accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

In 2002, she married the love of her life and soul mate, Mike Walker, whom she loved dearly. Lynn loved spending time with her family and friends and helping in any way she could. She was so very proud of her grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed every moment she had with them. She also loved spending time with her fur babies, Gizzie jo and Charlie. Lynn was a rural route carrier for the USPS for approximately 20 years. She made a connection with many people on her route and loved when she was able to put a smile on their faces. She even enjoyed leaving candy and bubble gum in the mailboxes for the kids.

Lynn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael “Mike” Walker; brother, Johnny Willis; sisters, Laura “Ruth” Wofford, and Freida Welborn; and son, David Lowry.
