Zackery Hoover

A Memorial Service for Zackery Jay Hoover, 16, of Salado will be at 11:00 AM Friday at the 3C Cowboy Fellowship with Brother Robert Whitefield officiating.

Zackery was born on March 5, 1998 to Jason Hoover and Jennifer Kaye Shahan in Temple. He attended Salado Schools and was currently a sophomore. He played basketball on the Junior Varsity, was involved in the Theater and 1 Act Play and loved to play his guitar. He was employed at the Inn on the Creek in Salado.

Survivors include his mother and her husband, Jennifer Kaye and Jaron Shahan of Salado father, Jason Hoover of Tahlequah, OK three sisters, Alyson George of Salado, Madison Bonner of Salado, Jordan Shahan of Salado grandparents, Johnny and Sharon Powers of Salado, Argylee and Dale Harvey of Tahlequah, Ok three uncles, Tim Powers of Salado, David Hoover of Tahlequah, OK and Damon Harvey of Tahlequah, OK.

Should friends desire, donations may be made in Zackerys name to the Salado Independent School District 550 Thomas Arnold Road Salado, Texas 76571to help with funeral expenses.

The family will receive friends from 68 pm Thursday at Heartfield Funeral Home in Belton.
