Don "Donnie" Centers

Don “Donnie” Centers, age 76 of Belton, passed away Friday, December 3, 2021, at home. A memorial service will be held at 11 am Monday, December 13, 2021, at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton with Michael Baggerly officiating.

Don was born on March 20, 1945, to Elbert and Elleen Centers in St. Louis, Missouri. He married Georgia Sanford Centers on October 2, 1965. He retired from the Texas Highway Department in Belton and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Don is preceded in death by his parents, Elbert and Elleen Centers from West Virginia.

He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Georgia Centers; son, David Centers and wife, Christina; daughter, Debbie Ordner and husband, Craig; grandchildren, Zach Castlow, Aaron Centers, and Elizabeth Ann Ordner; and great grandchildren, Aria, Remy, and Declan.
