Lou Ann Bussell

Lou Ann Bussell, 79 of Belton, passed from this life Friday, February 17, 2023, at a local hospital. Services will be held at a later date.

Lou Ann was born on May 7, 1943, to Fred Garland and Nancy Helen Parnell in Belton, Texas. She was married to Robert W. Kelley and then to Richard Bussell. She graduated from Belton High School in 1962, then went on to study at Temple College.

Lou Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard; and her beloved son, Rulief G. Kelley.

Those left to honor and cherish her memories are her daughters, Jacqueline Ann Peters of Salado, Pamela Michelle Fannin of Salado, and Patricia Kelley of Dallas; stepchildren, Dawn and Cass Bussell; grandchildren, Angela Bacon, Lauren Bates, Keith Hogwood, Samantha Peters, and Bailey Lomas; and great grandchildren, Ellias, Adilene, Emma, Hannah, Curtis and Harvey.

Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton is in charge of arrangements.
