Pedro Rodriguez

Pedro Jantes Rodriguez, age 88 of Temple, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 in his family home peacefully surrounded by his children. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Friday, September 3, 2021 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Temple.

Pedro was born on October 2, 1932 to Tereso Jantes and Juvenita Rodriguez in Dolores Hidalgo, Mexico. Pedro was a strong, respectful man who loved to joke around a lot! He was a very religious man who lived by the Catholic faith, he built a chapel with family and friends, he loved traveling and the outdoors. He was a very hard-working man, who will be truly missed by those who loved him.

He is survived by 10 children and 45 grandchildren.

A time of visitation will be held from 4-7 pm with a Holy Rosary recited at 6 pm Thursday, September 02, 2021 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Belton.
